HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND MANAGER VANESSA! Inquired about 2 items that’s were stocked under the wrong price cashier said she will honor the price that the items were located under manager VANESSA was no less than belligerent, ghetto, and disgusting, she told me the items were a higher price i tried to state to her that the items all the items in the area were under the wrong price she got so loud and belligerent almost seemingly as if she wanted to assault me then stated for me to leave simply because I was questioning why the items were in the wrong location and not stocked accordingly. I will never ever go there again I assumed she stereo typed me not knowing that I am a paralegal. she was so unprofessional and did Not represent the company at all. Also while eating a bag of Lays chips on the floor while arguing with a customer not allowing me to speak my point of the unorganized merchandise. Customer Service at its LOWEST!!!! The Muslim cashier woman was very respectful, courteous, had great customer service and tried to rectify the situation. Shocked by the disrespect received from this establishment.

Placed online order. Received automated text to pick up. Store isn't open and hours are listed as 11 am open. Called another store and was told they are short staffed and may not open at all. This is ridiculous.

If I could give this place a zero I would absolutely. First let me start off by saying I ordered a pair of shoes and boots online. I get to the store to pick up my shoes and of course they are the wrong size that should’ve been rectified immediately but no I had to pay an additional $14 to get a different pair of shoes. I receive the boots I ordered at my home and of course they don’t fit so I return them to the store and people there are just ignorant. She proceeds to do my return and has no clue as to when I will get my money back. Here we are almost 5 days later and the money has yet to go back into my account. They sure take it at the drop of a dime but failed to tell me that is May take 7-10 business days for it to go back into my account and that if it’s not there I should call my bank. I refuse to ever give this company or this store another penny and I swear by this!!! This place SUCKS!!!
