Granted it has been awhile since I shopped at DSW but WOW! So different and for me, not in a good way. HUGE display racks obstruct the overall view of the store/ merchandise unlike in the past. I found it somewhat claustrophobic however, the selection is also HUGE so be it. Roaming staff were not particularly helpful but if you want new shoes they got new shoes! And I got new shoes!

Beautiful store. It is neat, clean, and well maintained. Aaron provided great customer service at the check-out. I visited July 15, 2022.

I got a coupon in the mail for (1) a free cooler with a $49 purchase, and (2) $30 off a $49 purchase. After shopping for an hour and finding the right shoes, it turned out the $30 coupon didn't apply to that brand. The checkout person looked it up online and there was an amusingly long list of brands that was excluded. The icing on the cake was that they were out of the free coolers. Note to self: coupons issued by DSW are worthless.

They have remodeled!! I haven't been in a long time, so I don't know when it happened. There was a nail salon, a shoe repair and a pop-up shop for learning how to make flower arrangements. Lots if shoes to look at, some clothing and purses. I always admire those stores that try to keep up with the times by changing how they appeal to customers. DSW is now an experience, not just a shoe store. Kudos!!!

Not sure, but they have thst brand and many choices.
If your experience was anything like mine, they were probably there, but you couldn't find them. The Polaris location was remodeled to look more 'warehousey' and it does. The problem is, due to this design, I can't find anything there. Even the staff has issues with this model. I've been there several times looking for a shoe that the DSW website says they have in stock there but when I get there, it is no where to be found. Asking a staff member usually results in a quick search, communication to other employees, usually no results. The two other Columbus locations have a much better shopping experience, following the 'browsable' DSW floor model that works. It's funny that other shoe lovers I talk to about it feel the same way. Seems that the only ones who don't share these sentiments are the ones who wrote the articles on how 'trendy' and 'fresh' the new design is. I love DSW and I love shoes, but I'll be doing my shopping at the Sawmill and Easton locations.
