The Dr. was nice enough, but once you give them your money good luck getting any actual assistance or attention from this office staff. I’ve been trying to get a human on the phone regarding a prescription I’m supposed to be taking for almost a week straight and have yet to be able to actually speak with anything other than an answering machine or automated message telling me to message them through the patient portal. They may as well not even have an office phone number because it’s apparently not being utilized. Human interaction and customer support and service are a thing of the past clearly at this office. Also, assume your scheduled appointment time is more like a “potential” time. Both visits I was seen almost 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Their time is important, but yours as a patient is not.

OMG!! The last cortisone shot I got (not from here) was AWFUL!! It hurt so bad I didn’t want to get another one!! But Jason R. Somogyi didn’t hurt me at all!! And my hand is pain free!

Re Dr McArthur; Didn't do well after having hip injection and waited a couple of weeks thinking it'd get better. Called his office, left 3 msgs and never received a call back. Cancelled the 6 wks follow up appt and office did not inquire as to why appt. I personally fired him and called another reliable Dr! Sorry it wasn't a better experience!

Mr Martinez was nice but didn't help my arm pain at all told me don't over reach too the back seat of my car & don't pack alot of bags it will go away. Didn't do any blood work either.
