Dr. Rutter and everyone in her office has been exceptionally wonderful. I did, however, once find myself in the wrong floor at the other Seton Women's Health office and one of those ladies was pretty rude that I wasn't at my appointment 15 minutes early. I would've been there exactly 15 minutes early had I not accidentally wandered to the wrong office. I didn't appreciate her attitude and when I brought it up to some other staff, they said they weren't surprised and could guess exactly who it was. It's a shame that some of these wonderful ladies have to work with someone like that.

the nurses and doctors are always awesome and so friendly and make me feel welcome, however the front staff is consistently rude to me every time I come in. Specifically the ladies on the second floor in the women's department. They make me feel so stupid every time I come in. Please consider talking to them about how to treat people.
