Probably one of the best experiences shipping and mailing that I've ever had. I'd been going to this store regularly for my printing needs, the rates were good, the staff helpful and responsive and it was easy to get to. In the past, I'd used their services for sending some documents - nothing too complicated and no problems with the sending whatsoever. Recently, I used the store for sending some bags and packages for moving. The employee was really helpful. He explained how different options worked, issues I may have to look out for when making a pickup request online and how best to ensure my stuff gets where it needs to go. If you need anything shipped, I'd highly recommend this place!

I was at this FedEx shop today. As usual, "Tony" was working (alone ---- he needs help!) and he helped me by doing an excellent job. He is always multi-tasking and gives outstanding customer service under pressure. Tony is very knowledgable and gives you several options/prices pertaining to your needs. MANAGEMENT SHOULD GIVE HIM KUDOS!!! He is a gem and a valuable asset to FedEx!!!

I've been going here for years.....every time has been a successful trip. There are a multitude of tasks you can accomplish in one place! Tony Z. is super helpful & friendly! He always provides incredible customer service. Lastly, the prices are surprisingly reasonable! Highly recommended.

Brian the manager is absolutely disgusting. Does not care about helping the customers but thinks chatting is more important. He was extremely rude this afternoon when we came in and was arguing with us when we nicely told him we need this amount of photocopy’s. I have been coming for this fedex for years and multiple of my neighbors have also complained about him as well. It’s so disappointed because the employees there are amazing but it is the manager that makes this establishment horrible, such a shame.
