I went after 3pm and for senior we payed $17 plus a drink and we went on a Sunday

They do grill chicken. You can ask for grilled chicken. They also have a salad bar. The foods on offer change per day. You could try calling and asking if what you need is on the offer that day before driving there. Hope this helps. They often have grilled veggies too like squash.
