If you stay here prepare to be disappointed, Rooms are stained, carpets, and chairs, are generally pretty skeevy, I have stayed here more than once for convenience and have always regretted the decision. Rooms I have had always seem to have glitter on all of the chairs and couches so you cant even sit at the desk without getting it all over your clothes, and the plumbing(hot water, toilet flushing, shower draining) is hit and miss. The last straw for me with this place was a recent mistake I made during booking, I forgot to put the correct dates before confirming and immediately cancelled the reservation, The hotel charged me for violating their cancellation policy, I am a diamond with over a million points and and the hotel still refused to waive the charge. Hilton to their credit has agreed to reimburse me, But I will never stay at this property again.

Hotel was clean and in a good area. Staff was fine. The bed, however, was the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. Extremely firm mattress and practically non existent pillows. If you're not a light sleeper or don't mind sleeping on something as firm as a table, it's a great value for the area.

Location and staff were excellent. Hotel not so much. It was very old and needs a facelift. The website said modified restaurant service...however the only food was breakfast. The lobby bar was also closed. The room smelled like mold. The bathroom toilet was dirty. The refrigerator wasn't working. However, we talked to the front desk who promptly moved us to another room. The bathroom was a little cleaner and the refrigerator worked...however the mold smell was still there. The sink dripped all night as well as the toilet kept running. Terrible hotel but great location and staff.

Great location and a good accommodation. Clean and nice, good staff and the basics that one expects. Very, very handy to the best of Ybor. One can offset the unpredictable hotel bar hours with the 30 or so only footsteps away. Nice patio and pool area to sit. Hot tub functional, pool fine for a swim. The breakfast team gets a big shout out. Desk staff friendly and accessible.
