Courtyard by Marriott Tampa Downtown

I absolutely love the Courtyard by Marriott chain and usually pick them when I travel, this has been the only one I’ve had a horrible experience in. Food in restaurant was undercooked and there where mold on the vents of the sitting dining area. A car got crashed by valet during my stay. Rooms where clean and the bartender was nice but the room I paid for was unavailable when I arrived so had to sleep super uncomfortable the first night. Not what you are expecting when you stay at a hotel to “relax” Did not have a comfortable and peaceful stay. Definitely not going again.

Caroline and Jackie were of great service to us at the Bistro! They were friendly, approachable and provided great service! The hotel was clean, staff was amazing and greeted us with a smile EVERY TIME we walk in! Well definitely be back!

I got my roof done from Tip Top Roofing & Siding last year after they replaced a roof for a close family friend who also had a great experience. I was impressed to see how hard they worked and how quickly they got the job done. I was so happy with the work that I had them come back again this year to put a new siding on my house. The cleanliness of the rooms was not up the part, we had nets near the bathroom sink. It was hair on the bathroom ceiling in the shower. And the carpet had a lot of stains.
