Had a great initial consult with my sales rep (he kept me alerted via phone and text prior to his arrival) and enjoyed our high level discussion. He came out in the rain! We agreed to meet a second time to review his proposals the following Monday (today) at 1pm as this would provide sufficient time for him to create his proposal. I adjusted my availability and was excited given my rep’s initial creativeness. Follow up consult: A little over a thirty minutes passed … I called my rep … he was at other sites and wouldn’t make the appointment slot. There was no earlier / proactive notice. Had I not called there would’ve not been any contact from the company. I asked the sales rep if he could email over his design (he said he couldn’t). I then asked if he could provide a ball park of the pricing (he said he didn’t recall but could message me once he got to his computer). While I wanted to do business with this company … one shouldn’t have to chase. I felt as though my time wasn’t valued and that my rep warranted other projects were more essential. Time management. Effective communication. Customer service. They all Go hand in hand. Do better. And don’t make people feel devalued or less essential. Apologize and offer better customer service. Willing to update should circumstances merited such. Be blessed.

I have had numerous jobs done at my house by this firm and I just have to say that I think you only get what you pay for. The quality of the work is outstanding & courteousness of their employees is outstanding and their follow up at your home to see how things are going is also quite good.

Very hard working bunch! Fast and efficient, usually return back to their terminal in between jobs averaging between 30-60 mins based off my calculations, Mr. Troy sure gives the ol' Peterbilt some miles !! Big fleet of vehicles, and a lot of employees. See Big things in the future
