100% recommend this hotel. Got upgraded to executive upon check in which was a pleasant surprise. Great city views from the room. Bed was super comfy. Nice toiletries. Staff was all really friendly. Valet kinda pricey but we self-parked and it’s downtown so can’t really do much there. Great location. So close to the waterfront, arena, Armeture, etc. Has a Starbucks in the lobby and a nice restaurant/bar. Would absolutely stay here again.

We traveled to Tampa to visit family & this was the perfect stay! The location was close to great restaurant & bars. Valet was very convenient & professional. The front desk receptionists were friendly & very helpful. Special S/O to Hashim that works the front desk. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ He ensured our stay was enjoyable from checking in & during the remainder of our stay. It was pleasure to work with him!! The only concern I have is the rate of our room that was increased by $300 for one night before we checked out when we were told a different price by the front desk. I’m hoping management or corporate will help to resolve this manner efficiently as I enjoy being a Hilton member. Update: Lucas reached out to resolve my concern & honor the amount that was given by the front desk. Thank you all!

Nice hotel, pretty clean, but overall not great. They do not have coffee except for 7am-10am with breakfast. Any other time: No. The water pressure in the showers is practically non-existent and the towels are like newspaper. Definitely do NOT stay here if you're in Tampa for the BAR exam or other event unless it's planned around Hilton's schedule because they WILL NOT accommodate you.

I’m writing this review as I sit and wait for close to 45 minutes for the valet to bring my car around. During 3-day stay, the valet service was incredibly behind and disorganized. I was told self-parking really wasn’t an option…only a lot that might possibly have space and cost more than valet somewhere nearby. If you need to stay here, I highly discourage using the valet service…keys lost or misplaced, vehicles couldn’t be readily found. Quite a mess. Spent over $150 on valet parking over 3-day stay…and hours waiting on my vehicle when I needed it. There was supposedly a number you could text to call for your car in advance, but that service was not available during my stay. As for the hotel, I agree with many other reviewers. These rooms need some TLC and are not up to Hilton standards. I agree that it appears that minimal housekeeping due to COVID precautions are taking a toll. The hotel is in a great location downtown. But, we reserved a double room for 3 people. At check-in we were told they overbooked and could give us a King with a roll away. They did comp our breakfast for the inconvenience. Breakfast would have easily cost $50-$60+ for 2 people. Our group preplanned to eat lunch at the restaurant one day. It was $20/person without gratuity and we had the choice of a cheeseburger, chicken tenders, Cobb salad or turkey club. A few people ordered the tenders and two people but into chicken that was completely raw. Several people in our group complained about the bathrooms. Ours was very small and the toilet was not centered between the vanity and shower, but rather was next to the vanity making it extremely difficult to use the sink or vanity. Again, just not Hilton quality. (I should have take a picture). If traveling to downtown Tampa, I would definitely choose a different hotel.

They do. Check for events such as hockey games or concerts. They charged Event Pricing to enter and I had to pay the ransom to get out the next day, as well. Also, I arrived during a concert and the parking deck was full. Had to valet two cars at $37 each + tip.
