This place is the best rated in the area. I have been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you won't be disappointed. The staff here smiles and greeted everyone! We had a fantastic stay. Steven M made our day each day with his warm greeting. He always made sure we had what we needed. Tea and coffee available 24/7. The breakfast was fantastic! It is a wonderful place to stay!

Excellent service from beginning to end. We checked in with a very nice gentlemen who accommodated all of our requests. Later that evening he called the room to check on us and ensure the room was to our expectations. The room was very clean, bathroom organized nicely and very clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable and AC was cold. Next morning we walked down for breakfast. It was very busy with a lot of people in line for the buffet breakfast. The entire spread was clean organized and well presented. The food was good but most importantly the woman serving the area with blond short hair and dark skin was an absolute sweetheart. She ensured everyone was taken care of and with a clean table to enjoy breakfast. By the time we made it to the dining area there was no tables available and she looked around the room to find a place where my husband and I can sit down before I even tried to find it myself. She identified a table that was about to get up and was sure to not only clean it but hold it for me and my husband to have somewhere to eat. Thank you for an all around amazing experience and top-notch customer service.

Been here 2 weeks in a row for my cancer treatment. Every single staff member is so courteous and polite. They help you with any little thing you may need. Even polishing a brass know for a flag case. The shuttle is extremely helpful since I can't drive and the rooms are amazing and it seems they are still improving I will definitely add some pictures.

The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The front desk agent Jake was not friendly at all. He looked like he did not want to be there at all. Then he put notes in the system that we did not tell him about our Chihuahua s when we had them right in front of him when we came in. Customer service needs work at this hotel and we were not notified of the 80.00 pet fee. Overall good stay because of the clean and comfortable rooms. Thumbs up to the housekeeping department👍
