Staff is very nice, but then… Overwhelming mildew/musty smell upon entering the room. Very run down. The carpet had some sort of weird wet stain next to the bed. The tub faucet wouldn’t turn off. The air conditioner,, while seeming to create cool air, didn’t cool down the room at all. I think probably due to gaps around the door? The rooms are all outdoor facing, making this more of a motel. The secondary lock didn’t work. Extremely disappointing for a La Quinta.

The rooms need an update. Paint on the walls look dirty and worn. I think the tiles were painted over so either the tiles were peeling exposing black tiles underneath or the bathroom tiles have mold. The beds and garbage were removed before I entered the room but the bathtub and toilet had not been cleaned. How is that possible if the “cleaning “ crew was there previously. I went to the office to request cleaning but the woman up front stated I would have to wait til the next day. I went to the store and bought cleaning detergents and cleaned my own room to keep me and my family safe from Covid. They obviously don’t care or acknowledge Covid. They practice no preventions. Continental breakfast was at a bare minimum. Bagel, cereal and muffins. Nothing freshly cooked. No milk, just cream and water. Two days into my stay, a huge water bug greeted my son. As we looked for help, at 1am to get rid of this roach, no one was available. The staff consisted of one woman who didn’t volunteer to help us. Then a frog entered the room. We ran out of the room. Hours later, a new customer was gracious enough remove the frog and kill the roach. We immediately gathered out things and left. No compensation offered for our horrible experience. I don’t recommend this place. Stay away

Where to start? I placed my reservation through the website and didn’t get a confirmation email. I called to confirm that my reservation was booked for Friday through Sunday since it didn’t appear in the app. Customer care had to manually send me the receipt with my confirmation number on it. Thank God that they did because when I got to the hotel, they were unable to find me in the system by my last name. When they did find me in the system, they told me that my stay was booked from Friday with me checking out on Saturday. By that time the reservation showed on the app and verified with my confirmation email that I was suppose to have a room until Sunday, so that costs me more money. Now before all of this, I did call the hotel to confirm I’d be able to check in after midnight on Friday, even though check in is at 3pm, because the airline switched my flight. The woman on the phone was extremely RUDE! Wouldn’t let me finish my sentences and tried to rush me off of the phone. She clearly was annoyed. That’s isn’t my problem. If you don’t like your job, then quit. Thirdly, my room was dirty. The lamps shades were visibly dirty. The area around the closet handles and the main door to the hotel room was dirty as well. I ended up cleaning it with my own Clorox wipes that I brought. Also, the desk wasn’t clean, there were drinks stains on it when I first sat down. The bathroom toilet was Jimmy rigged with a clip and broke during the last night of my stay. AND the bathroom light went out on Friday! I got a sliver in my foot when I walked towards the fridge. When I got it out and looked towards the floor, I noticed that it hadn’t been vacuumed either. I normally have great experiences with La Quinta but this one was just NOT it! If you can stay somewhere else, I’d recommend it.

Any good reviews are fake. This place was a complete dump! We were missing one blanket and the manager said they don't have enough blankets to give us another. The room had splashes of something on the walls, furniture was broken and we were barely able to open the door in the first place. The bathroom had black mold (we didn't dare use the shower). There were bugs and stains everywhere. We went here because we trusted the LaQuinta name- not anymore. HATED every moment of the stay! Not worth what they were charging. Very disappointed and customer service is being a pain to work with.

They flew by me at the airport after I called Twice. Then they only shuttle from the airport. Real handy about telling you about urber
Please look for other hotels the shuttle service sucks I wait for hrs that in the end I call Uber. Do yourself a favor.
Yes they do usually a shuttle can be arranged when you check in They Have one that runs from 4:45 am to 12:45 am
The pool was open. I would not recommend the neighborhood. First impression was the ambulance and officers talking with the street walker that was staying across the way.
No idea on shuttle best to ask them , yep can reserve room in advance
good afternoon, it's called a super shuttle an goes to cruise ports. Bush Gardens take the Hart Line bus.I hope it helps you and your family. GOD bless.
