Please look for other hotels the shuttle service sucks I wait for hrs that in the end I call Uber. Do yourself a favor.
It is likely a free shuttle. You will call the hotel when you arrive. To confirm who you call, I suggest calling or emailing the hotel.

The hotel has a free airport shuttle to the airport. If you're trying to go elsewhere it should be easy to arrange a taxi, uber lyft etc...
Can't remember if they have transprt. But Uber would be a good way to go if they don't
