Front desk staff was efficient and amiable and the beds were extremely comfortable! We were able to get amazing rest! Didn't partake in the complimentary breakfast due to food allergies, but was a very pleasant stay.

This place gets two stars only because they let you check in at 2. The pool is tiny and freezing (not like the pictures), hot tub was barely hot, pillows were tiny, towels were stained, felt very dirty, for $300 a night, highly don’t recommend. Also housekeeping came to my door after we checked in to ask if we were checking out and if the room was cleaned. The shower curtain leaked and the tub didn’t go fully into shower mode, so half of the water was coming from the tub and half was coming from the shower head. The beds are NOT queens. They are doubles. We have two children so it made it very tight. I called for towels and the front desk told me I could go down if I wanted towels.

The owner of this establishment knows they are wrong for the condition of this place. I could only take 2 nights and I had to go. The room was damp and humid. The carpet was sticky as were several surfaces. The room reeked of smoke. The sheets were worn and stained. The obvious need for real renovation is being ignored just to make money. I am sure they are even paying for positive reviews to keep them over a 3 star rating. The focus here is just to make money with no care for customer comfort. This place needs to be thoroughly investigated by the department of health and human services.
