You have to fill out a fairly short application and the fee depends on the animal, and should be listed on their website. I paid a $75 adoption fee for a 1-2 yr old Chihuahua mix, so it's less expensive than most shelters or fostering organizations.
The fees depend on age and vary with facilities. Senior dogs will require the least in adoption fees where as a puppy up 12 months of age you should expect to pay upwards of one hundred and fifty American dollars.
