Is this place one of the NYC ACC who would accept an injured pigeon I found?

As far as I know they will accept almost any animal. If for some reason they can't they will point you in the right direction. ACC has a lot of knowledge. If it were me I would call first so that way there your not making too many trips. Another option is to bring the pigeon to an animal hospital. Good luck. Depending on what the situation is there might be a fee. But I don't think so if you're rescuing an animal off the street. They will most likely take the animal. There's no charge for this. I truly recommend calling before showing up. They have specific rules because of COVID. I would also recommend this place to anyone. They know what there doing and they are very nice. When I adopted my kitten they really hooked me up with a bunch of stuff to start with free of charge. Most of there service's are free. Like my kitten he was free of charge too.
