For the hospital. It really depends on the severity of the animals that come in. For the adoption center, unfortunately it is all volunteered based.

I was in and out. The most time I spent there was me looking at the kittens. I think it must be an off day. And many people are volunteers. They do it out of the kindness of their heart.
