Can I go there just to see and pet them rather than adopt? My parents won't let me adopt an animal so I just want to at least see them :)

They will let u look at them but they won't let you pet them! But jus go in and say you are considering adoption! Thats whut i did but i ended up adopting a kitty lol

@ Doris Wilson I can drop him off where is convenient. weekends I prefer I can provide you info about the dog. He needs his rabies shot. He is healthy no signs of sickness. Very playful. Hes a home dog therefore he is not really trained.
