The service was excellent. Mike made the first contact. He was very professional and complied with all my requests. Adrian made the tough job of cleaning the carpet. Both of them were extremely polite. Norman, the sales representative was very helpful. He provided me with all receipts and invoices that I needed. I would recommend this company to anyone. Outstanding response and service from Mike and his team from serv pro in the South Bronx. When my elderly parents had water overflow from an upper level bathroom down to the kitchen below Mike assessed the situation and knew what needed to be done. With me being out of state, I was concerned but he took the time to talk me thru it and was in constant touch till I could be on site. His partnership has been invaluable and has made a very stressful situation manageable. Done with the dry out phase. I'll post again after the build out is complete.

What can I say, the nightmare of sewage line busting and flooding our basement with sewage waste on Christmas Eve actually happened! (BLANK) Actually happened!! But ya know what Mike and his team from Servpro show up (again on Christmas people) and quell our worries, fears and anxiety over it all. First they treated us and gave us peace mind and then treated our basement professionally with green natural products and they explained how everything works so there would be no worries in the future. Can't say enough about Mike and Servpro of the South Bronx, the worst happened at the worst time and they were there and handled it...... Search all you want but good luck finding a team that beats that!
