The owner Dion Luzzi and the executive management team have zero idea what’s going on and how to run and maintain this business. The company turn over rate is above 75% due to consistently changing of management, unclear work objectives, high stress, little to no mentoring or training, poor pay, no HR intervention, consistent bullying, hostile work environment, threats on a daily basis of being removed. This is a very unhealthy place to work. There are no protections from covid exposure. Under the direction of the Luzzi management team, you’ll be removing mold and asbestos unlicensed and without training. The company only cares about lining their pockets. There is no care or training put into project managers. Every 6 months they fire all sales and project managers and hire at lower rates. The job file coordinators are based in the Philippines and get paid less than $2 a day in order to keep the owner Dion in his nice new Tesla and luxury home in Rhode Island. Stay very clear from this company.
