During a time of Natural Crisis which resulted in severe personal and financial consequences, SERVPRO of Williamsburg, Greenpoint, provided me with excellent Customer Services. Subsequently, my concerns were alleviated, which gave me a refreshed perspective to move in a positive direction. From beginning to end, Elias, who managed a team of 5 workers, was highly professional, competent, skilled and considerate. He was attentive to details and consistent in communicating his plans and actions pertaining to my needs. My needs were satisfactorily met, far beyond my expectations!
