My wife had complained to a friend about the treatment we received at the Quest location nearest our home. She suggested we try the Page Ave. location. The difference was like night and day. We needed the blood work stat and Dasia saw I was on oxygen and took us right away. At last a very capable medtech with a warm welcoming personality. As a patient it was a very positive experience and we will certainly return to this location for our next visit.

Whenever the doctor tells me I have to get diagnostic work done at Quest I cringe a little. It has never been a good experience for me. I’ve been to local centers and they are unbelievably rude and just mean. This quest diagnostic was a joy to be in. Everyone was kind they took me without an appointment immediately. I had a lovely conversation with my phlebotomist she took the time to check both of my arms to find the best vein. The whole experience was lovely. I will never go to another quest again.
