The worst experience ever. Rude and terrible technician. I took my daughter in for blood work on Saturday morning she stuck the needle so hard on her arm and couldn’t draw blood she took the needle out clumsily that blood drops on the arm rest. She then tried on the other arm she stuck in The needle hard in again and shook the needle around so hard that my daughter was crying out in pain and fainted. I have never met such a terrible technician ever. Very traumatizing for my daughter I will never go to that place ever again

Arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, the lab tech was super pleasant, was in and out in no time.

Worker refused to see me at 11:17 am stating she went to lunch at 11:30 even though I had an appt and got very nasty telling me the building was closing when the building was not and there were no other patients in the office and made comments about my attire

Yes they do accept walk-ins but appointments get precedents and will be taken in before you even if you were there first
