Literally the worst place ! Went for a drug test the lady was rude !! Asking why am i here but nasty! And I’m like for a drug test she then says it’s not till 9:30 ok i wait a hour ! Then go back she calls me in i give her my urine sample then she puts it into another cup to say it’s not enough but in a rude way ! I wi never again come here ! Do not recommend

The place was no good...The Spanish lady had an attitude and I seen racial profile all in her face ...Threw out my urine with no explanation...Never again...They need to let her racist self go

the MOST unprofessional place!! They sent false negative results to my doctor which made me get medication I didn’t need for them to later tell me, they messed up, I never had anything -_- (which I always knew) + being pregnant. They need to do their jobs better.

Got in at 845 Saturday morning 01/08/2022. Got my first reaction from this short smallish Indian tech lady, I brushed it off and she later came and said drug test starts at 930 am. Waited outside in my care because everyone before me going dor DT was mad at this lady. Got my turn finally at 9:54 am. Man this indian lady is rude everybody that she attended to came out passed off or talking bad about her. Then boom she showed her arrogance a d rudeness to me. She was acting as if I wasn't human. Talking anyhow to me. Then I corrected her telling her you can't be employed by quest and hate your job. We the customers patronize the busses to make money to pay you. So you need to Bumpus your professional manners . She respond this is how I am and quest already knew it and employed me all over me attempting to leave and didn't know I needed a receipt because I was told by my employer that all receipt cones to them. She could have stated that would you like a receipt? And I could have affirmed or denied it. She doesn't deserve a job. She gave me a receipt where it didn't have her name and she wore no ID to identify her I asked for her name but she refused, she also refused to print her name on the receipt I got. She is a total misfit for what Quest stands for . She doesn't deserve to work with human beings. . I'm a very dissatiwoth this location. And I'm sure she will do it at any other location time now is 10:13 am on 01-08-2022.
