Very unprofessional. It’s a Saturday at 10:50am they close at 12. The door is locked. The phlebotomist opens the door with an attitude that they have people waiting and 4 more outside waiting. She didn’t want to let me in. She was complaining she has to spin the blood and they are picking up at 12. Inside I ask for a container for urine and they said you can’t use the bathroom it’s out of service and you need to go outside. A women told me she has been waiting since 10 for blood work. I said this is unprofessional. How long does it take to draw blood? Phlebotomist answered sometimes it takes a while cause there are different vials. As if I never had a blood test before. Meanwhile she was walking around talking on her cell. When I spoke up the others in the room spoke up saying That they are calling corporate and this is unprofessional. As all this is going on a person is at the door. She screams we close at 12 the woman says it’s only 11! I called corporate and waiting for a representative to contact me. No one should be treated like this for medical services. That phlebotomist needs to find a new profession. She shouldn’t deal with the public.

It's a lab. Quick in, quick out. Especially for me, who just had to get a quick blood test on my last visit.

Although my experience ended well, it was disappointing to have met a few challenges along the way. I had forgotten my mask ( I wear the disposable ones) and the receptionist would not let me continue my appointment without one. She said she didn’t have any and that she’d given out the last one. Said she must have given out 50. I went to another office in the same building . That receptionist had a box, but said that she couldn’t give me one. I went to a third office with a bunch of people sitting in the reception area (without masks)and I was able to get one there. Finally I was excepted at my appointment -there was no one in the office waiting except but me. Just as is was when I initially entered. Last time I was there I noticed that the bathroom wasn’t clean. This time the same thing. I blame the building management in this. I’m guessing from the the cleaning service comes once every two weeks. ( but the garbage was empty). The phlebotomist was excellent. But I won’t go back. Honestly it looked as if the office could pack up until in a day - and just be gone. I don’t know when they changed the name but now it’s just called “ The Laboratory “. When you Google it for directions it’s called “Patient Care Services ”.

Good to know ! Thank You... I have had my Bloodwork done at this Lab recently, and aside from the Staff Personnel greeting me when I arrived and making a not so looked forward to Appt. a welcomed one, he was able to locate as well as draw blood from my vein which is usually very difficult to do, due to them being deep, but he did, and it was a Dreaded Appt. turned around to a Positive experience. I will probably be needing additional testing while my Physician uses the info to determine the best plan of action regarding my Health and I strongly feel that She can do so more effectively with the services that this Lab provides along with the Professionalism so many other Labs operate without! That said, I wouldn't ever again go to another Lab for testing, etc. and I'm very happy to have come across BioRefernce on Google. I'm just surprised no one had ever thought to suggest it, however, I have told people cause I believe they'll be happy with the service.
8 am to 1 or 2pm
