I would go to rainbow river also. You will have so much more room to spread out! Weeki Wachee is narrow. Have fun its freezing cold, lol to me!! 72 degrees yr round if I'm not mistaken ☺
Yes. Go to Rodgers Park n u can put ur tube in the water there n when u r done, u can lay on the beach they have. But, like the other notes, Rainbow Springs is really nice too. They have a bus that will take u to the beginning n u can tube down to ur car or the other way around. U can park at the beginning and tube down n the bus will bring u back to ur car. There's a really nice little swimming area that stays the same like 72 degrees.
I second rainbow river. I don't think you can tube Weeki Wachee
Don't know about tubes but they do canoes and kayaks.
No, but right down the road is the weeki wachi park, has water rides, animals, mermaid shows, food and it's cheap... Or you can go an hour and a half north (give or take) to rainbow springs (i live there, it's beautiful) and choose between the 1 and 1/2 hour or 4 hour ride down the river and there's a couple of hotels right in town... The town is actually named dunnellon, the park is rainbow springs state park
I'm not sure about that but not too far from there about an hour away there's a place called Rainbow Springs and you can tube all the way down there which is another breathtaking beautiful place you can call them they actually have phone number pull it up on Google and they'll answer any question you have
No
No. It has to be a canoe or kayak unless you own property on the river.
You can but unless you go during the week 2 packed
I think it would pose a safety risk beyond the swimming area section because of the large tour boat.
I don't think so. But there are plenty of places along Crystal River
Dont know, didn't see any, have paddleboards
