Stayed one night while traveling to the panhandle, quiet, clean and friendly. There's a small lake and woods to walk around as well. Bathrooms very clean if you know the code to get in! More of a retiree resort.

Stopped to get a can of coolest for my air in car and wanted $16. for 1 can. Went down road to Dollar General got it for $6.00 .

My friends came to visit me and parked their RV there. This was the second visit. Everything they said about it was great.
You can pull yr RV in and stay I think as long as u want, don't know how much it cost but to own a place in there is about $425. A month, that's with water lawn care and have dumpsters to trash. Nice place, nice people. I've never seen rental places.

The office is open from 10 to 3 , Mon thru Fri during the summer hours. They are very nice and helpful and can answer all your questions. It is a 55+ community also.
