Papachay is my #1 place to get coffee in and around San Carlos area. The Coffee is full of flavor and well worth it. Its served very hot which i dont mind as the coffee stays warmer throughout the morning so im not forced to gulp it down before it gets cold. The Muffins / Pasties I've tried are some of the best i’ve had in a long time, although there some that are just OK in my own opinion. Max and his wife are very friendly, professional and great to talk too. Max sees the whole process through from growing the beans in his hometown in Peru to the end product you consume and the quality and attention to detail really show. Id recommend Papachay to anyone that enjoys coffee iced or hot
