DO NOT and I say it again DO NOT waist your time with any rental from RICHMAN PROPERTIES any community’s in Spring Hill or Brooksville. They have no vacancies at all. Myself and about 3 other families at the same time and they gave dates apartments will be available. We each spent about two months dealing with supposed paper work. Once you make the payment they then don’t have any apartments. BONNIE is the person lying to every one. I’m going to keep sending messages every week, it’s low income community’s and they taking advantage. Ask Bonnie she even email me by mistake with some one else’s name lying, they don’t have apartment

No it didn't improve
Very strict place , that has changed ownership several times, Creating a few problems for tenants... So if your interested in moving in to one of there many nice looking communities just be sure to read the small and sometimes non existent print..!!

If your talking about rent discount.! Used to be called section 8..? They do honor it ! I have a good friend lives there..! Also if you cant get on the list for sec 8 ! There are other options.! The state is now connected to the church"s dial 211 and follow the audomated instructions for up to 400 off the rent ! Wich second floor 2 bed 2bath run $800 ! Hope that helps ! H. N. Y....
