Love this place! For being an all age Rv park hands down my favorite in the area!! The manager and staff are beyond amazing, friendly and maintain a great experience. The pool is always clean and never over crowded. Lot rent is very reasonable. I was blown away at the size of each lot, they definitely do not over crowd just to make an extra dollar. Update, after making my review I went to read what has been posted and I am seriously in disbelief of the complaints, this is a beautiful well taken care of park. Never see any drama the children are never an issue and staff will go above and beyond to do what they can for you. I have been to many different places and know to appreciate having a happy calm clean place to live.

They are the worst place I've ever dealt with. They don't communicate in their office when it comes to the money they receive or give back if you are lucky enough to get your deposit back. They don't have any problems with up rooting you while you are living there and making you move to a different lot if they rent the one you are in out to someone else at the time you pay your rent. And then they expect another security deposit right then and there even though you already paid one that you haven't received back yet. They harass you about things they legally can not like a having a service dog for wounded veterans. Ask you for documentation which is violating the rights of the veterans but mostly you won't be comfortable or save money if you rent from them so I suggest going 5 minutes down the road to 3 lakes RV resort they know how to do good business. Topics is bad for business.

Honestly I haven't seen any tents. But it a quiet campground and very organized.
No
You need to supply your own cable and internet
This place is over priced, 750 per month plus electric. There are much better and less expensive options available in the area
Depends on the month, ranges between 531 and 750 for peak season if not annual. Annual is 334 per month
It is non secure through camplink (you'll see the option when you try to get connected). It's $5 a day up to $240 a year. They have weekly, monthly and even 6 month rates. It's decent Wi-Fi I can play my online game using it.
Depends on the unit and not sure on furnishings
No, the lot needs to be registered to whomever is living there
We only go there to use the clubhouse. You would need to contact the park directly.
They will allow 3to dump and fill your freshwater tank. There may be a small fee involved. As for the propane there are several places to het your tank refilled.
They're usually three or four homes in here for sale at a time but did you have to drive through there usually private Sales. Cog management is not involved in the sales of the homes
Yes but you lease the land.its a nice community.
You can move it or yes children can live here and you can live here all year round
Depends on the size of rig, and one or two air conditions! Ours 33 ft. Running two airs around 130.00.month.
438. At topic. But three lakes on Denton Ave Hudson is cheaper and much nicer. We just moved from topic to Three Lakes. Also three lakes is gated.
You would probably need to check with park management first, though. There might be rules.
I'm not sure. I just go there for meetings.
At the Hall but you could pick it up from the front row of Camper sites!
