We dropped in our own but need to make reservations early as spots fill up fast for private launches. At Roger's park they wont bring your private kayak back. They will bring you back up I left my daughter with our kayak and picked up the car then picked up the kayak and her.
Jeremy is absolutely correct, even with your own kayak, reservations are required to drop in at the park
For weekie wachee state park you always have to make a reservation. They only allow a certain amount of people down the river. You can go to Rogers park and paddle upstream. Parking there is $5.00.
