We were just there in October, and we did need our ID's it's a great time a must do if you are in the area!!!

If you are planning on having a drink, or renting a kyack then you will need ID

If you want to rent a kayak, yes. If you want to just go to the park, no.

I didn't have to show id for anything

I believe you need an I'D to rent the boats. Not to get in the park.

I don't recall giving them my I.D. I paid the admission fee and walked in.
