Yes, you pay to get shuttled back BUT they don't shuttle your private kayak so one person in your group stays at the take out, keeping an eye on your kayaks and the other goes on the shuttle, gets to Mermaid place, brings vehicle back to Roger's park. Takes a while. I miss that outfit that was near the Christian camp. Paddling Adventures, maybe. New system sucks.
