I had a waterfront leanto, I believe Elm. I backed a trailer up next to it. However some lean tos on this section can only accommodate cars parked side by side behind the leanto. It should be mentioned this row us separated from the lake by a steep high ledge but the view is wonderful as well as hearing the lake. Very shaded so solar is not too great.There are lean tos away from water that have lots of parking around them, as well as sun exposure if you have solar panels.
Depends on which on you get but basically yes. You drive up to all of them just some have the parking 10 feet away and some 20 feet away
