No they do not I've been here 3 years and haven't had any hidden fees.as far as electric it's all about how much you use. And spen has 3rd party that does electric
No that was under previous management, now they have a third party vendor that does utilities for us. The company provides us with actual meter readings to back amount invoiced. I am finishing up my 1st lease term and already resigned.
