Maintenance is not taken seriously, the AC breaks every month and the issue is not fixed. When we talk to the office we get brushed off by the maintenance guy asking us to put the ac on 70 degrees, fills refrigant sometimes which fixes it for a couple of days until it breaks again, the conditions are unlivable like this in this heat. I wish that they took our issue seriously but it is not and we keep suffering in this heat. I can not sleep at this moment making me have to miss class.

I’ve lived in 5 student complexes and this is my least favorite one. It is considered one of the best in Murfreesboro but the new management messed everything up. Devin is the most disorganized manager i have ever dealt with. Every issue I had no matter how simple, took weeks to be fixed! It’s very exhausting.Hello Mohammed, Thank you for leaving a review. I am sorry to hear that your experience at EMQ has been less than satisfactory to you. When we spoke on November 3, 2021 we worked through two instances that were negatively affecting your living experience. The first was how you did not agree with the breakdown of your utility bill that was charged to you via SimpleBills, our third party utility company, and the second was regarding a broken trash can that you believed belonged to Management when it actually belonged to one of your roommates. I was under the interpretation that your issues were resolved to the best of my ability. If there is anything else that you feel needs to be attended to that has not, please let me know. Edit: It's been over 2 months and there still has been nothing done about the issues in my daughter's apartment.. I guess I will have to get a lawyer involved to get them to do anything..Stay away from this place. …Hello Pam, Thank you for taking the time out to leave a review. We are sorry to hear that your move-in experience was anything less than satisfactory to you and your daughter. You are correct that we are experiencing a temporary backlog when it comes to work orders being that there is a temporary maintenance shortage. We are doing everything we can to get our maintenance team back to 100% while also making sure that all maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner in the order that they were received. A maintenance request has been placed for all issues currently happening in your daughter's room (mattress and bed frame replacement and replacing the remote to your AC). All units were walked and inspected prior to move-in but unfortunately some things were missed and we apologize for that. We apologize for the inconvenience and will make sure to work as diligently as possible so that the rest of your daughter's time here at EMQ is not a reflection of what you are currently dealing with. East Main is the best place I’ve lived at throughout college. I like the privacy you get with the rooms pretty much being studios. I wish there were more amenities, but you get what you pay for. I like that it’s walking distance from campus too. The gym is okay, but there’s hardly any equipment. Maintenance and trash service was nice!Hey Aja, Thank you for the review!
