Most excellent! The young man there was helpful in choosing two specific types of lubricant, which are I must admit worth every penny. They are exceptional quality. The store is not overcrowded and the merchandise is laid out well, although the lighting is a little spotty and could do with an overhaul. The shop was very clean. The floors were spotless and the merchandise was all in its proper place. No dust bunnies in the corners or gaudy displays - it's no supermarket, lol. I had never been to an adult store before and was uncertain what to expect, having been to smaller kiosks in specialty stores but nothing like this. Highly recommended and I am looking forward to returning next week with a friend. Keep up the great work!

Over the course of several years, the staff at Lovebound has always been super helpful. Toy selection is slim, but sufficient. My only dislike would be the lingerie options. I would love to see a few things available that were not so neon/strappy. Lovebound is still my favorite brick and mortar shop for playtime accessories.

During Valentine’s Day, I called love bound and they told me they had 5+ different brand toys for what I was looking for. I get there 4 hours later and they only had 1 toy left. It was $100 and I was reassured that the return policy was 30 days if the toy did not work. Mine did not. I called to tell them I was going to return it. Was told I couldn’t because it was past 2 days. That was not what I was told. At all. As I was telling her over the phone, she hung up on me. What a ripoff.
