I purchased 2 chicken biscuits and 1 white milk. We could not eat either biscuit. It smelled of maybe grill cleaner, grill or something. Definitely not what chicken or biscuit should smell like. Today is June 27 and the milk was dated June 28 and was smelling a little wonky. This is my last time for Dunkin Donuts.

I used to be a long time Dunkin fan until most recently. Today, I just so happened to stop by this location because Starbucks wasn’t taking debit/credit cards and honestly regret it. It’s unfortunate because every time I’ve been to dunkin it’s either been 0 or 100 never really in between. This time specifically, everything was great until I received my food. The drive thru attendant was very accommodating to making sure I had light ice in my drink and very sweet overall HOWEVER the snackin bacon that I ordered was extremely cold and obviously old. The grease on it had solidified from sitting stagnant for however long and despite the light ice in the drink it was just overall too sweet from an abundance of mango pineapple concentrate vs the actual lemonade base. Again, nothing against the customer service but based off of the quality of my food that I received in this order and some most recent ones too Dunkin’ is no longer my 1st choice.

I stopped in to get drinks for my friends and I. But my drink was the only one that wasn't even remotely correct. A large iced chai latte. Pretty simple right? I got a large iced milk, with a light dusting cinnamon. The other two drinks were way more complicated and were according to my friends, okay. I usually go to the DD location on south rutherford blvd so I expected there to be a standard among all locations. Apparently not. Not the first time I've been let down by this specific location but I will say this is the last time I'm going to this location.
