Literally don’t bother here. They have ZERO regard for their tenants. Instead of waiting a month and a half for our lease to be up, they decided to come into our apartment to block off both bathrooms and the kitchen to paint. Which means I can’t use the restroom and both my roommate and I work from home. They’ve been here since 10 am, it’s currently 1:30 and absolutely NOTHING has been accomplished. Not only that, but my roommate specifically said to not start on her bathroom as she was in a meeting and they started anyway after saying okay. This is the most unprofessional and blatant disrespect I have ever had to deal with from an apartment complex. The front staff has no care for the tenants clearly. It’s also NOT worth the price for these apartments - the place didn’t need new paint it needed maintenance. There are tons of better apartments in Murfreesboro - rent from them.

Worst office management ever sitting down there snooting their noses up at people. And I don’t see how when they can’t even afford a contract with WM to pick up trash they renting a Penske moving truck. Whoever these new managers are are full of greed and taking advantage of tenants. Claiming to be renovating the apartments just so they can go up almost $300 on a 2 bedroom. Although the apartments just went through renovations 2 years ago. The property use to be nice and clean on the grounds. Since they took over it looks straight out of the projects! They discriminate and harass tenants who exercise their freedom of speech against their illegal doings.

This place used to be good, it is 10.30 pm and just came home from a long day at work NOT to find any parking spot to park my car. We complained about that before and the answer we got: Oh we have many empty spots on the other side of the complex. They want you to park your car and walk at night with your groceries under the rain or on the icy side walk ( they will not clean it in the winter to save some money I guess and wait until it melt down ) if you want to charge me $1600 in rent then I better get something in return.

My boyfriend, my 9 month old and I moved here in september. we were so excited to finally get a place that worked for us. except when we moved in our apartment stunk of smoke, the floors were disgusting covered with dog hair i’m assuming from the prior tenant, there’s electrical wires hanging out of the wall in one of the closets, there dips in the floor and it feels like the floor is going to fall through, when brought to managements attention they told us that it’s an old building and that’s going to happen.. not even 2 days of living here our washer broke ! we had started the first load of laundry. a month later they got a new one but we had to spend extra $ just to wash clothes. Our sink started leaking and our whole kitchen floor was flooded, they came to fix it but whatever they did didn’t work. it leaked again, finally they figured it out but these apartments are very expensive and i don’t think you’ll be getting what your paying for. Also parking is outrageous, i have to park infront of complexes 3-4 numbers down every time. i will not be renewing my lease here. i’m very disappointed.
