They literally let occupants of my apartment give keys back to them and they didn’t allow the lease holder back into the apartment to get our furniture, brand new king furniture and dining table that I believe the staff just took. Without even giving a week to come get it. No phone calls nothing now they demand $11,000...While we are sorry to learn about your experiences and we would like the opportunity to discuss this situation with you, we have no record of you residing at our community. Do Not Move Here! The apartment itself are nice, but the service HORRIBLE. The property managers and staff treat you like they are above you. They will argue with you and threaten you. Noise pollution can be an unfortunate side effect of living in a multifamily housing situation, but we do encourage residents to contact our office if they believe their neighbors are violating our community policies.
