Used to be good when owned by Aspen but now new management finds new ways to mess up the simplest of things. Slow to fix things but quick to fine people for small mistakes.

I am not the person to ever leave anyone poor reviews but this is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever come across. They draw students in with their freebies and good social media posts but that is not what it is actually like living there. Upon move in, the house was absolutely disgusting. Broken cabinets, unclean utilities, bugs, it felt gross just being inside. I even found a bra under the couch from the roommates prior. It was disgusting!!!! Upon living there the dishwasher and garbage disposal broke multiple times and it was horrible trying to get someone to fix it. Through all of this, I continued living there without complaint. I never left my room without socks or shoes because no matter how often we cleaned and moped the whole house felt grimy. The air filter was caked in disgusting dust and never replaced. There was also always a ton of wasps and multi-legged insects that lived there. It was so nasty! But yet, we continued living there and dealing with these problems. Upon move out, I cleaned my room extensively... It looked MUCH better than when I moved in and yet I was still charged hundreds of dollars in damages. When I reached out and submitted dispute forms to Aspen Heights (Cobalt Row) it took weeks to receive responses. The person assisting us was not helpful and never actually answered our questions on why we were charged. This Apartment Complex will literally scam you out of so much money in trumped up cleaning/ move out fees. The management is beyond unprofessional, guaranteeing responses in 24-48 hours that actually takes over a week and then not answering questions and instead giving me the run-around. I cannot stress this enough, PLEASE do not live here. I know it looks good and fun on instagram but that is just not the case. It is 100% not worth the money and there are so many better apartment complexes and options out there.I wish I could go back and tell myself not to live here because it was literally one of the worst living situations ever!!! LITERALLY - DO. NOT. LIVE. AT. COBALT ROW!

I lived here for a year and was very disappointed. The apartment was dirty and unclean upon moving in. I had to reach out to the office to get it cleaned and they made me wait 3 hours. The utility bill they used through the company "Simplebills" is over priced. I have never paid such high prices for utilities. I had a bubble coming from the ceiling in my bedroom that I made maintenance aware of and they stated it was from a prior issue that had already been fixed. A few months later the bubble burst and water is leaking form my ceiling. It took over a month for maintenance to come fix this issue and there were no accommodations made. Maintenance also did not clean up the mess that was caused from the leak as well as the mess they caused fixing it. I also moved in with a random roommate who had been living there for the past 2 years. I was charged over $550 for move out fees and majority of it comes from the common area that was already messed up prior to me moving in. In addition, the response time from the office and managers are extremely slow. They state that they will help and accommodate concerns but that is a lie. The name was changed from Aspen Height to Cobalt Row but it is still disorganized and not professional. I am currently still disputing move out charges and will update if there has been a change. I will also post pictures from why I was charged so ridiculously. Cobalt Row please do not respond with a generic message. I am available to come in person and you all can email me as well.

If I could rate Aspen Heights without any stars I would. It is overpriced and management do not care about residents. There was a grease fire in my apartment that destroyed the microwave and oven. The did not get replaced until a week and a half later. Therefore, I was forced to eat out everyday. We are still without a microwave, which makes a month now. Aspen offered a transfer to another unit but no luck with that. I've tried getting out of my lease since they are not being helpful. Unfortunately, we are being forced to stay in this apartment after the fire and management is aware of my asthma. Our apartment has not been professional cleaned yet and Aspen is not making any attempts.
