Don’t waste your time on this complex. Chelsea place is overpriced for what you are getting. There are much nicer apartments for the price & much better management. I could not wait to move out! they also had bug problems and i kept my apartment very clean so it wasn’t that. While living there i experienced serious health issues. I was getting constant asthma attacks and even almost had to be hospitalized. Come to find out it was an air conditioning problem. I had changed the filter as much as was recommended but it never cleared up. i found mold in my bathroom floor behind the toilet. As soon as i moved out my health problems went away! I would not recommend this place to anyone. if you want affordable nicer living check out another apartment complex. also while i lived here cars got broken into on 3 separate ocasions ! They also give people rewards for posting positive reviews!

Have been living with bugs for over a year now. the only resolution that they have is sending pest control who also does nonthing. You shouldn’t be charging luxury prices when it’s not luxury living. Can’t wait to the lease is up to not live with dead and live roaches!! I wish i would have seen so many reviews from YEARS ago with the same experiences as me. Nothing is done about the roaches and management has been addressed and they try not to respond. Nonthing has been done AT ALL. i pick up a roach or 2 a day. not all the buildings are unkept. If you don’t live by the office your yard will not be upkeep. If you don’t want to live with roaches don’t live here.

This is an upscale version of the projects. People come in and out all hours of the night with loud music. No parking for residents due to residents having multiple visitors over. They don’t respect parking of the residents. We all pretty much park in the same spots so it’s very easy to spot a non resident. Floors and walls are super thin. They also have the biggest of roaches I’ve ever seen! Ewww! You can literally hear everything. They should tow cars that’s not supposed to be there but hey who am I. As long as they get their rent they don’t care. We pay entirely too much for this. It’s a shame. You don’t find out how it really is here until you’re all moved in and give it a couple of months. And I swear I’ve seen about 10 people come out of a two bedroom apartment over the span of 3 months straight. So I know somebody in that office isn’t doing their job. May I add they steal packages over there too. How is this supposed to be your home when you can’t even get deliveries there.

I lived here in 2016. The place was decent. It was townhouse 625sq. Kitchen was really small. Rather then a/c it had wall units. No dishwasher and no washer and dryer. There’s a laundry mat on the property. But depending on which area your living in. You’re out of luck, if it’s busted. Paid too much for a small place that had bugs
