It's truly a great place to live. Ive been here for a year so far and still really enjoying it. The office staff are always so nice and helpful, and the maintenance staff is efficient. I've already renewed for 2023 and I hope to renew for 2024 ASAP!

My experience at The Blue has been a breath of fresh air because of the staff members at the office such as Ryan Harvey and Sasha Phillip, but mainly because of the Maintenance team. Patrick R. and Sebastian are great at getting the job done. Any time I place a maintenance request, they are always there to fix the issue within 24-48 hours. They truly are hardworking and always communicate with me. The entire team are extremely wonderful at their job and has been the best assistance to my needs. From the first day I moved in til this day, I have been communicating with Ryan, Sasha, Patrick and Sebastian with any living problems I have and they have been understanding, patient, reasoning, and honest to my needs/wants. They have kept their promises and got the job done as soon as they could. I truly appreciate the work of the staff members but mainly I appreciate the maintenance team the most for being great, kind-hearted, welcoming people and helping my experience at the Blue become comfortable. Truly they make the blue a better place.

pretty as an outsider looking in but it’s truly not a good place to live. office staff and maintenance do not care whatsoever about any complaints or service requests. no issues of any kind ever get resolved. everyone i have spoken to that lives here has nothing but bad things to say.

I had the best tour with Ryan and Johnathan. They were both so helpful and welcoming. They answered all of my roommate and I questions and I could tell they genuinely care about their residents. I can’t wait to live with there in the Fall and use the Pelotons, movie room, and come to all the resident events. It’s already so nice I can’t believe they are renovating it to make it even nicer!
