This new management company is full of cramp. I can't even make a payment like I use to from my checking account. It was verified through deposit and I still can not setup my payment. Now as a huge inconvenience to me I have to pay an extra $30 fee just to use my freaking debit card. And God forbid you are ever late, they take you through the most. So now i guess according to management Walmart money orders are no longer considered legitimate anymore, says who?? You can only use bank cashier checks only for a late payment, the bank charges you their fee, management charges an additional $10 for what reason idk?? On top of that you are paying a huge late fee. Then you have this new maintenance guy that is so unprofessional. Who complains about having to do a job that you get paid to do?? I can't wait to get from over here. BEWARE and enter at your own risk.

Although a few years late I decided to go ahead and share my experience with Arbor Brook. I called the cops several years back for a domestic violence incident. I was given a notice the next day (after reporting the incident to the office my self for safety reasons & to change my locks) and was told I had 3 days to leave. They tried to evict me for trying to save my own life. The office staff was very unsympathetic during the whole situation. It’s unfortunate since I truly did enjoy the apartment place, but this incident in my opinion is more important to share than having a nice pool.

I love living here. Leased here before in 2018, then came back and am leasing now since March 2021. Theres two reasons why they don't get 5 stars, however. For starters, the dog park has been graveled in since 2018, and it has basically turned into a giant scorching hot litter box. Residents are supposed to be responsible for their own dogs poo's, but you'd think the complex would also try to keep the dog park and grass inside the complex poo free, especially with all the young families with children living here. The dog park is basically unable to be used from 10am-6pm now as well, because of how awfully hot the gravel gets. Dogs will get their feet burnt in less than 5 minutes while their owners are just trying to let their pup roam off leash for a bit. Also, I've tried for two weeks to get into contact with someone at the office, and every time I call or stop by the office in person, they are "out of office". I've tried different times of the day as well: early morning, mid-day, and late evening and still no answer. When you can get into contact with staff, they're great... but only when you can reach them. Like stated above, I love living here and honestly wouldn't lease from basically anywhere else in Murfreesboro with the budget I have, but that doesn't mean that there aren't improvements that can be made.
