Paypal is locking people out of there account and slowly taking money from people. They did not provide a reason for this locking my account but is not letting me access my money. Anyone else having this problem/scam?
PayPal can’t tell my why my funds are being held so I’m going to file a complaint with the FTC Fair trade commission and see how many people they held there money for no reason and file a class action suit.
There employees are crooks an their security has their heads up their asses

how do i actually reach a person on the phone who is in the continental united states? even the corp HQ number routes to manila. i have a serious IT problem and the line agents in manila are incapable of doing anything but reading their scripts.
