One of the WORST customer service I have experienced. Tried to use my CLIPPER card on the SMART train. It was blocked. Even though I had a balance high enough to more than cover any possible trip on the train. Go to the web site and it shows card status as "active". Called customer service, but of course they aren't open on weekends. ( I guess your not a customer on weekends ). Had to use another card paying full fare rather than senior fare. Called today and was finally told ( after being hung up on once ) that my credit card payment information was out of date. Absolutely nothing on the web site would let you know this. No email warning, not text, no phone call. Problem is, they have a monopoly on SMART and ferry transactions. If this was a credit card company I would close my account ASAP.

You can travel on VTA buses and trains for two hours $1.00 . This is the Senior Citizen price. Buy a Clipper Card for you too.

If you loose your clipper card and you registered the card,go onto the account and select the Report Lost, Stolen or Damaged Card side icon.When you press it you will be prompted to a screen.Remember you will need to pay a $5 Surcharge for loosing the card.If the card isnt registered thatch bad luck.You cannot regain your card again.
