The job was well done. I have been using this business for over 5 years and very pleased with the service.

they did a good job, a few details they missed but for the price i was happy with the results. just need to be a bit more detailed as i found spots that did not get washed.

First of all, this is the first time I spend my time to write a long review, this place’s detailing job is the worst I have ever been to, I feel like its worthy it to write for you reference. I drive a 6 digits sports coupe, it is not a Ferrari level super car, but its a 2020 model with 20% carbon fiber components that only has 7k miles. And of course I take good care of it. I took it to this place for a full body detailing, I left the car there for the entire day and told the front desk to take their time, no rush. I paid $425-$455. When I picked it up 6 hours later: 1. I saw a lot of visible white dust and tiny white dots on the car’s body, those might be wax or whatever they used for cleaning. 2. the lower sections of both side doors are still having all the tire marks (I track the car so the sides has tire marks), those can be easily removed from a type of special cleaner, and most of the $50 dollar regular hand car wash can clean them off easily(I tracked the car 5+ times so I know). Obviously, they did not wash it properly before putting the wax on. Before payment, there was a friendly dude walked with me and asked me to check, nicely he helped me to clean these white dust and dots with nice attitude. But obviously the tire marks cannot be removed fully. When you paid $450+ on a detailing job, these should be cleaned properly for the first round. Also, the wheels were not as clean as expected, there were still a thick layer of the break pad dust inside(they only cleaned the outside wheels), I have 315 front and 335 rear and I track the car often, so I know its harder to clean than smaller sizes but then again, this is a $450+ detailing, not a 50 bucks car wash. After couple of days, I started to see the gaps (door gaps, trunk gaps, hood gaps etc) having all these thick white/yellow wax marks, and guess what, both my front and rear emblems were almost FULLY covered with dried wax. I have to take cotton swap to remove them myself. I park my car in my garage and only drive it 1-2 times a week. So it's 100% not something from driving. I had to bring it to another detailing shop weeks later cuz I can’t clean the wax mark from those gaps, the guy told me whoever waxed it before did not spread the wax evenly and did it very lousy way when it comes to these gaps and the emblems. The new shop did a $270 detailing WAY better than this place. I will never come back to this place. Well at least, the front desk people are friendly and nice to talk to, I would recommend this place if you just want to come here for a little chat or if you drive a cheap car + don’t care the quality. Avoid this place if you drive a pricy car and looking for a proper detailing shop. FYI, the one I went frequently last year is called future car wash in Santana row, but recently their price has gone up a lot and service is not as good, still looking for a new place, but most shops will be better than this AJ place if you pay $400+

Yes if the hazing is minor. They buff on compound to seal the scratches that cause yellowing. But, a longer lasting finish requires more work , another level of detailing for more money and time.
Hi Craig, You would be looking at $65.00 for both.
Hi Barbara, We usually take the last car at 2:30 and roughly takes about hour and a half. We do have an air-conditioned lounge. Let us know if you have more questions.
Yes we are!
Not at the one in Texas. I just don't understand why Google changed my reviews and pictures from Victoria Texas to California. Im thinking AJs detailing in Texas has nothing to do with the one in California. Google keeps declining my request to put business in Texas on map and moved my stuff to a random shop with the same name. However i do know that AJs in Texas conditions paint and then puts on a ceramic coating that has guarantee against those rocks chips for 2 years. Also to wash car you just pour clean water out of a bucket on car and its instantly back to fresh detail and waxed. For 2 years. Look for a detail shop that does ceramic coating. Its a little pricey. But no more wash and wax and no more paint chips. Warranty backed. Thats my advice to keep this from happening again and your new car will stay new
They usually operate first come first serve. Drop it off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon.
