Their first car wash man checked us in and make a cross on our valid ticket, then come out the second person telling us the wash ticket has been used. It happened around near their end of the day, and the first person pretend do NOT known this at all and their group of people/manager do not verify. Who is this actual lier and how is management of labor? Mostly only because they are closing, but business can not do Such a way.
