This hub is highly and very professionally managed. I have visited this hub 3 times within last 4 months. Last week, car inspection and given new airport placard and stickers while you sir in the car all done in minutes and its free! I went to their competitor 15 minutes away for the same needs, it was a horrible experience thy even charge $20 to inspect. Thy lyft manager at this hub a Mr. Garland is a manager per excellence, a God send for us drivers in this area, his staff are exact copies of him in customer service excellence. We had booked and received a confirmation for a 6-day rental of a Toyota Highlander, and on the day we went to pick up the vehicle we were told that our car was not available. All our plans were contingent on the car, so this changed everything! Lyft promised to make up for for our troubles but it’s been a week and we’ve heard nothing. They didn’t even refund the money that we paid to get there in a Lyft - another offer made by them. Lyft offers attractive, competitive rates that catch your attention. Book your car, but have a backup plan with a more reliable company. It’s probably a good idea to call them to confirm your booking except that they don’t have a number to call. Lol.

Yes we do.
The office is open Monday through Friday from 9 to 5 pm for driver services for our personal vehicles independent contractors. It is also open at the above time for Express Drive/Flexdrive renters and Consumer rentals as well. On Saturday and Sunday we only open (9-5 pm) for Consumer Rentals those customers that want a rental car for there on personal use not to drive on the Lyft ride share platform.
Hello! No appointment needed. We do offer inspection appointments drivers can make through your Lyft Driver app, but you can always walk-in for questions or other concerns. We are open from 9a - 5p weekdays for Lyft Driver Support, and 9a - 5p weekends for Rentals.
Yes, you can order supplies in the Help section of your app. Or visit our San Jose Hub from 9 to 5, we have stickers here.
Hello, John! You can go to your Lyft Driver app on your phone under Vehicles menu to schedule a rental appointment. The Lyft Amps are to be earned after 250 completed rides. Stop by our Hub here at 743 S Winchester Blvd San Jose if you have any further questions or concerns.
Lisa, our inspection process is digital and therefore we do not use "paper" or anything to copy. Sorry!
