Horrible experience! I went and dropped my vehicle off at caliber collision at 3:30 which is a 6 min drive from enterprise. I had to wait a whole hour to get picked up then got to the enterprise and didn’t get attended till after 5 which is their closing hours. I had to wait almost 2 hours with my 11 month old baby just to get the rental. On top of it everyone that had came after me got attended before me including I had called the day prior to let them know the time I was going to be arriving and had a reservation.

Unbelievable customer service! I needed to get some Body work done on my car and it was going to take 3+ days. I called all over San Jose including the airport and couldn’t find anything or anyone to help me. I called enterprise on Curtner, came down and Meaza completely took care of me and also help me with my insurance claim! Definitely coming back here !!

Had to use this rental service as I have to give my car for the repair in the near by body shop. They had pick up and drop off service which is excellent. Little bit of wait time in the sun as they are not allowing customers to let into the office due to Covid. Other than that everything is good

10/8/2021 to 10/11/3021. Terrible service. Kept waiting for 1 hour 45 minutes. Watched customers complained and customers who arrived after me were able to leave with rental before me. Tried to be accommodating by being flexible with vehicles they have available to rent. Was told that not all vehicles have spare tire or can inflator. So that means you have to use your own tow service or purchase Enterprise road service. Management not there for customer. Will only pickup and drop off within 3 mile driving. Extremely inflexible.
